Thermal Imaging

Every inspection includes a thermal imaging scan. An infrared camera shows surface temperature differences the eye can't, which can point to moisture, missing insulation, air leaks and overheating electrical parts.

The details

Good to know before you book.

01

What thermal imaging can and can't do

An infrared camera reads surface temperature. It does not see through walls and it doesn't detect moisture directly. What it does is show patterns worth checking. Unusual readings are followed up with other tools or flagged for a specialist, and the report explains what was seen.

02

Why it's included

It finds things a visual inspection alone can miss, so Chris uses it on every inspection rather than selling it as an add-on.

Pricing depends on the property's size, age, type and the services you combine. Send a request for an exact quote.
