Chris has been a licensed Florida home inspector since 2017 (license HI10530) and serves on the board of the Florida Association of Building Inspectors. He's based in Palm Beach Gardens and inspects homes, condos, townhomes, apartments and commercial buildings from Port St. Lucie to Fort Lauderdale.
Every inspection includes a thermal imaging scan, and every report is delivered the next day. Those two promises come from the same idea: buyers deserve the most complete picture possible, in time to use it.
