The details
Good to know before you book.
What happens on inspection day
Most single family homes take a few hours, depending on size, age and condition. You're welcome to join for all of it or just the end, when Chris walks you through what he found. Bring your questions. Clients regularly mention how much they learned.
Your report
Your report arrives the next day. Findings are organized by system, with photos and a plain-English note on each one, so you, your agent and your contractors can act on it quickly.
What it is not
A home inspection is a visual, non-invasive look at the accessible parts of the home on the day of the visit. It is not a code compliance review, an engineering evaluation or a guarantee of future performance. When something needs a closer look, the report says so and suggests the right licensed specialist.
Pricing depends on the property's size, age, type and the services you combine. Send a request for an exact quote.
