The details
Good to know before you book.
Roof first
Most solar problems start at the roof. Chris pays close attention to the attachments and penetrations where the array meets your roof, and to the roof covering underneath where it's visible.
Performance and ownership
This is a visual condition inspection, not a production test. Ask the seller for system documents, warranties and whether the system is owned, leased or financed.
Pricing depends on the property's size, age, type and the services you combine. Send a request for an exact quote.
